I have 8+ years of experience working for a BPO industry. I have done inbound and outbound calling for different kinds deals for U.S, U.K and Dubai based clients. i have worked for U.S real estate as well and have handled all the admin jobs for them and calling as well. I have also got an opportunity to recruit and train employees for different processes as per the client requirement. I have excellent communication and soft skills. I have also had the chance of interaction clients through just email and chat. I can multi-task as I'm good at it. I'm a quick learner and good at computer.
