ABOUT ME

I'm looking for a part time when I'm on my free time as I do not have anything better to do.

I'd been initially exposed to giving tutorials under a small but licensed Local Language Center to Native Filipinos who's aspiring to take tests on KLPT (Korean Language Proficiency Test) and JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test). Though on a basic level, I would like to retain my knowledge by practicing it here in on Upwork if possible, I have been also practicing Adobe Photoshop Editing since high school and have retained my skill ever since with partial practice doing small projects for invitation editing, light blending, filters, banners, advertisements, shop signage, logos and such. I specialize on 2D art than 3D.

I'm also currently understanding App Development (Android App Testing and Review, but is currently under education) Has been exposed to relative fields regarding communication due to past work experiences, recently had been working in the BPO industry since October 2018 up to this day mainly handling U.S. accounts with blended campaigns (email, chat, and phone) as a Resolution and Administrative Relations Supervisor. I can multitask and is keen on details.

I have practiced investigative skills with facts and evidences present on inquiries asking results. I have excellent typing speed of 70 to 90 WPM, is quick learning and has a good learning curve given the time and proper training. Confident on creating emails with proper resolution and excellent dexterity on data encoding and entry.
