ABOUT ME

As Admin / Secretary for almost 15 years over all my experience I perform clerical duties in nearly every industry. Some are the legal industry, that may be more specialized . Most of my duties revolve around managing and distributing information within an office. This generally includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files. I may also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers. I may be charged with monitoring and recording expenditures. my duties may range from creating spreadsheets to report expenses to the office manager. As such, I am required to be knowledgeable in office bookkeeping software, such as Microsoft Excel.
I handle the planning events like board meetings and luncheons that I am responsible of. I do research vendor prices or inquiring about participants' availability. And my other duties may include scheduling appointments and preparing presentation materials. I also help office members with documentation. Aside from storing, organizing and managing files, Also I do type, edit and proofread documents. I take dictation or record the minutes of meetings.
