Strong background in reporting tools. •Ten years of hands on experience with software implementation of various Ellucian Banner modules and third-party applications and reporting tools. •Provides customer support, user training and IT support with hardware/software and assistive technology. •IT procurement implemented and integrated technology into the classroom. •Supported infrastructure, including virtual systems, installation of additional systems, Linux systems, patching, maintenance, upgrades and support. •Project Management experience. •Responsible for planning and implementing new projects and upgrades. •Requirement specification gathering and documentation of business process analysis and improvement. •MDM experience using AirWatch, Intune and Azure for iPhone management.
