I have experience in customer service of more than 12 years ( Tickets, email, chat, and phone ), I worked for many French and international companies (in office and as freelancer mostly on Upwork and Elance).

I have experience in many areas especially in E-commerce (order processing, tracking, and refund), Customer technical support for digital orders and assistance using different devices running different OSs like Fire OS, IOS, Windows and Android.

I've been using many tools like Zendesk, inchat, and other internal customer support tools and I learn quickly how to use new tools.

I am fluent in French, English, and Arabic. and I have a good experience using different tools such as Word, Excel, Microsoft office and Google docs.

I am a multitasker person and I am an experienced customer-oriented person looking for a career opportunity in freelance.
