I m a technical support executive. I worked for HGS where I was taking incoming calls and If the customer have any problem regarding technical issues of modem for ex frequent disconnection or slow browsing etc I used to solve the problems of online if the issue is not solved online I should take a service request and send technical person to the customer premises.
