I have over ten 10 years’ Administrative experience of working in a learning institution from my previous job as a Records Assistant, Student Affairs Assistant and Administrative Support.This experience has given me the opportunity to interact and support clients from diverse social backgrounds. I have over 4 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a Telecommunications company. This opportunity has led me to operate in sales driven, very fast paced and dynamic environment which requires quick thinking, solving problems, quick resolution to customer issues and problems and monitoring and coaching agents to maintained and improved service standards.
