1.Lead the team in planning and development of business application 2. Gathering and maintaining business application specifications and modify project programs as required 3. Worked hand-in-hand with Project Managers/Business Analyst/Quality Analyst to ensure satisfactory completion of client sign-offs 4. Support the Systems Administrator when unavailable to address IT issues. 5. Contribute to the development and enforcement of IT policies and processes. 6. Usage of TDD - Test Driven Development of software systems. 7. Design Application in Object Oriented Programming Methodology [OOP] using Component Methodology (Top Down), Catalysis Methodology (Bottom Up) and Rational Unified Process RUP Methodology (Inside Out) strategies. 8. Reusing Design Patterns -GOF, Architectural patterns, SOA Design Patterns, Enterprise Integration Patterns for software system. 9. Setting up full cycle software development environment including requirements management, configuration and change management, planning and resource management and coding and testing environment. 10. Have excellent analytical and communication skills, proactive, well organized, efficient, a team player with logical and foster collaborative work environment.
