I do that by providing a variety of services that fall under the following roles: Virtual Executive Assistant, Social Media Manager (Marketer), Customer Service Manager and Marketing Assistant.

For the past 17+ years I have worked with a number of small business owners and young entrepreneurs like you. Each client experience provided a new opportunity to learn and grow my level of professional experience. My experience is such that I am able to participate in at any level of the process, whether I own or assist with tasks such as developing relevant topics for your intended target audience, as well as creating, curating and managing all published content.

The goal is to create a positive customer experience and ensure your audience experiences a positive experience throughout the buyer’s journey. I’ll make certain customer issues are resolved, product recommendations and repeat sales are encouraged and that Customer Retention is a top priority.
