I had been worked as a Human Resource Assistant in a microfinance firm for 1 year and 7 months wherein I grew up personally and professionally through exposing to different kinds of HR works and different kinds of people that built and enhanced my interperonal skills, and i had also worked as a contratual Enumerator of Philippine Statistic Authority for 1 month.I also possessed different skills like administering and scoring psychological test, conducting an interview, facilitating skills, communication skills, interpersonal relationship skills, leadership skills, problem-solving skills, decision making skills,other lerical skills and computer proficient especially in Microsoft office (word, powerpoint, publisher and Excel).
