I am a professional Human Resources Practitioner with extensive experience spanning over five years in coordinating recruitment processes, Talent Management, Employee Relations and performance management. Key highlight on technical recruitment, I have successfully placed over 250 Technical and IT personnel in 27 different companies in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya with turnover rate below 20%. This was made easier due to my IT background and social networks.

I developed skills for Local and International placement, recruiting for local and international companies by sourcing the best hands all over the World and from Nigerians in the diaspora. I worked extensively with various Multinationals to engage Middle level to C -Level hires. Such companies include and are not limited to the following industries: FMCGs, Financial Institutions, Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, Agro-business, Logistics, IT, Manufacturing and Consumer goods.
