ABOUT ME

I have been recently retrenched since January 2020 and actively exploring career opportunities in fast pacing, dynamic multi national companies. Over the past 15 years, I have accumulated a vast array of transferable skill sets achieved through working for ambitious Startups, SMEs and Fortune 500 companies both as vendor partners and directly in the customer contact center service sector within IT, Telco and recently Financial Services industry. Having risen to several occasions and roles has given me a growth mindset amongst the wide array of skills acquired, I mostly resonate with key objectives in roles that involve: i.) Operations Service Delivery - Contact Center Management ii.) Project Management - Business Improvement, PMP methodology projects to DMAIC Six Sigma iii.) Learning (Training) & Development. - Facilitation, Knowledge Management & Instructional Design My key achievements in a professional setting with a personal gratification is having mentored and supervised 12 people reporting to me to further expand to both horizontal and vertical moves to different roles. Apart from that, few note worthy of being highlighted are as follows: i.) Business Improvement t – Closed 4 projects in 1 year resulting in cost savings approx. worth 2$ million. ii.) Learning & Development – Experienced in Knowledge Management, Delivery & Instructional Design. iii.) Operations Management – Managed a team of 4 Team Leads who had 15 FTEs each = 60 FTEs total.
