Freelance service is any fixed contract service. Designing, tax filing, software development with no full time commitment comes under freelance service.
15-23USD per hour, depending on the complexity of the design.
I normally allow for 3 changes per design. Anything above that might incur an extra fee.

The first few rough drafts will be provided in low resolution PDFs. Final artworks after approval will be sent in: -PDF -PSD -Ai -High res JPEG & PNG.
