Freelance service is any fixed contract service. Designing, tax filing, software development with no full time commitment comes under freelance service.
Once written, submitted and approved, it can only be redrafted again if the request seems logical. If once submitted and requires further improvement or correction, it can be redrafted or worked again.
It depends upon the format and length of the assignment or project. Typically the rate for a 800-1000 words article/blog is 150-200$. One-off projects' rates and Hourly project rates differ. My hourly rate ranges from 20$-100$.
