Looking for a finished formula based on a set of parameters that include multiple ingredients of surfactants ,emollients (such as fatty acids and Exotic plant oils), plant extracts, emulsifiers, anti-aging actives with effective delivery system and fragrance .
I am looking for a freelancer who has experience in cosmetic chemistry with prior or present experience under a cosmetic company. Preferably with experience in formulation of facial skin care Products that include cleanser and or anti-aging products.
I already have a Large deck of ingredients that I would like to incorporate , some of these are a must have in theformula others May be repetitive and not needed Your experience and expertise is needed and would be very much appreciated ,thank you!
