Promomash is seeking an ambitious candidate who will support our client success team by assisting new clients, conducting follow-up calls, and offering other various support to the team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, quality assurance, submitting analytical reports, tracking client health over time, measuring expansion and overall success. We are a fast-growing virtual team of superheroes and the perfect candidate is looking for a place to grow, the opportunity to engage with hundreds of brands, and be part of a dynamic team.

- Help organize, & aggregate data collected from client business reviews to ensure client satisfaction & success
- Update the Client Success Management Software and CRM to ensure proper information is stored and available throughout the company
- Manage and schedule client calls and client check-ins
- Develop a trusted relationship with multiple levels within the customer's organization to generate proper levels of adoption, ensure renewals, and create new revenue opportunities
- Proactively offer appropriately tailored advice and bring unique industry insights to the customer, affording opportunity to realize optimal current value, as well as drive and expand value propositions
- Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment, including timeline scoping and effective re-prioritization
- Help to implement strategies to ensure that customer is consistently and appropriately aware of the added value of all the services and products Promomash provides
- Identify common customer challenges and proactively suggest better solutions, while relaying valuable feedback and trends, back to the development team
- Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by constantly finding ways to service our growing list of clients

- 1-2 years of Customer Service/Success and/or Account Management experience
- Ability to track progress of multiple projects with varying deliverables in a start-up environment
- Proficient in MS Office, including advanced level of Excel
- Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and concisely
- Strong analytical acumen & background in conversion rates and statistical analysis
- CPG industry knowledge is a plus
- Advanced interpersonal skills & the ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience tracking KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction, usage rates, and behavior patterns)
- A strong customer-oriented attitude
- Experience conducting client surveys and interpreting results into action items
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
- Creative problem-solving & critical thinking aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team and remotely
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation with little day-to-day management (after training)
- High-level Organizational skills especially with email management
- The ability to keep a calm mission-driven attitude in an ever-changing environment
- Proven results in driving usage, adoption and retention of customer accounts
- In-person and online facilitation skills
