Required SurveyMonkey,PHP freelancer for Integration to Export Customer Data into SurveyMonkey to be used in campaigns job

We have a proprietary CRM solution, we want to send customer information to a 'list' on SurveyMonkey, so our employees would be able to create surveys using that list, in different scenarios (using custom variables) to engage this customers.
