Required Active Directory,Delphi,Microsoft Windows Server freelancer for Using Active Directory (AD) in Delphi job

We are new in the business of Active Directory.

We need to create a Delphi program (Delphi Seattle) that access Active Directory information. We need to:
(a) Get current domain of a logged user
(b) Get current user and groups
(c) Get user list and groups

Furthermore, the freelance should help us build a server with active directory domains users and groups and guide us about the basic terms.
