Project overview:
I'm looking for an experienced customer support agent to provide professional and friendly service through our email. This person should have a passion for helping others and be able to stay calm under pressure.

You may also be asked to perform other VA tasks depending on what we need.

This project requires:
- Customer support experience preferably
- Fluent writing and communication skills in English
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to document customer requests to develop a FAQ directory
