I need an algorithm that calculates expected probabilites in Python on different sports betting markets by using soccer data from CSV-files (which I already have).

The markets included are:

Free kicks
Tackles
Throw ins
Passes
Goal kicks
Offsides
Shots on target
Shots (in general)
Yellow cards


I need a person with great understanding of advanced statistics, soccer and Python.

We are a few people doing this together and are able to help with almost any kinds of questions.
