we are tying to migrate several project/namespaces using Redhat app migration tool. The problem being is,
1. The namespace name and their resource quotas should be available on destination cluster prior to migration as Migration tool is not migrating those.
2. The User ID permissions are also not migrating.

We need to migrate above two conditions so that customers do not have to re-request their existing resources in order to begin migrating.

I need help in testing at least one of the namespace migration along with their UID permissions and resource quotas.
