We are looking someone to join our team to help us manage our customer pipeline more effectively.
The person we are looking for has a positive and happy mindset, very organized and works well with a team.
We use a series of software to manage our customer pipeline. The main software we use is HubSpot Sales & CRM. We also use Google Docs and a few others that we can teach the right candidate how to use.
This job will consist of many tasks but some of them are:
- Following up with prospects to schedule calls, confirming calls that have been scheduled for sales rep and on-boarding agents.
- Help keep the pipeline organized and the team organized to run as efficiently as possible.
