I'm looking for a Facebook Ads expert to run campaigns for several of our e-commerce products.

Must be able to do the following:
1. Test Post Engagement campaigns to identify winning creatives for conversion campaigns.
2. Manage multiple campaigns
3. Manage optimizations for conversion campaigns.
4. The ability to create converting ad text

We will provide training for a Facebook campaign creator tool that we use called AdzWedo. This will drastically speed up the campaign creation process.

Pay Structure:
We would be willing to pay hourly with a commission on all profitable campaigns.
