Primary Duties:
*We have a very low call volume (typically less than five calls per shift) and coverage is our primary concern
*Answer inbound technical support calls for TV, Internet, and phone customers
*Project confidence to the customer that their problem will be resolved
*Empathise with the customer's frustration
*Guide them through the process of troubleshooting their problem over the phone
*If you are unable to solve the problem on the phone, schedule a local technician to fix the problem
Other Duties Include:
*Sales lead generation
*Outbound sales calls
*Improving technical documentation
Hourly rate is $3-$5 USD
