We are looking for an HR specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities would include:
- Hiring new team members. Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Profiling applicants, ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Conducting the initial interview
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints, violation of company rules, etc
- Sending out written warnings and monitoring these sanctions to see if they'd need progression
Requirements:
- experience recruiting applicants for a CSR role
- knowledge about DISC would be a plus (but not required)
- always available online - you must be able to respond to messages instantly from your teammates and/or applicants as needed at least 8 hours a day
- can work in a fast-paced environment
We need someone who is fast-pace and will be able to move candidates throughout the funnel quickly.
