We are seeking qualified and experienced Systems /Network Engineers to provide supplemental day to-day support for our corporate clients with local and wide area networks. You will troubleshoot, analyze, prioritize, resolve and /or facilitate issues to achieve a resolution for our clients while working in a satisfying, seasoned team environment.

We are a California based MSP looking for an outsourcing contractor to help us provide Level 2 and above Windows PC and Server support for business customers for extra coverage in the month of May with possible regular bookings beyond that month.
This work is done via email and phone support so you must have excellent oral and written skills as well as stable Internet access.
Looking for someone with a high level of skill with supporting business to business clients PCs, basic Servers, peripherals, virtual/cloud based systems but also the ability to answer questions, provide service and support via remote control.
Dates we need help include the following approximate shifts: Wednesday May 2 8:30-4:00 PST Thursday May 3 8:30-4:00 PST Friday May 4 8:30-4:00 PST
Monday May 7 11:00-3:00 PST Tuesday May 8 11:00-3:00 PST Wednesday May 9 11:30 -3:00 PST Thursday May 10 11:30-3:00 PST Friday May 11 8:30-4:00 PST
Monday May 14 11:00-3:00 PST Tuesday May 15 11:00-3:00 PST Wednesday May 16 11:00-3:00 PST Thursday May 17 11:00-3:00 PST Friday May 18 8:30-4:00 PST
And more dates and time similar to the above through the end of May.
Booking will be based on project ticket volume on those dates but truly if you are great to work with and have a strong skill set our Dispatching & Engineering Teams will request you for assignments and projects after this one concludes.
