I am a highly disciplined and self-motivated individual with a solid background of more than 10 years in the BPO industry as a Senior Customer Service Specialist. Prior to that, I have worked as a Senior Technician in various Electronics companies for 16 years. Formerly, I worked as a Digital Services Consultant, for Billing and Technical Support for Australian Telecommunication companies, catering from consumers to Small and Medium Businesses. I am responsible for handling emails, chat, and calls simultaneously, scheduling callbacks for our clients, technicians, and sales associates as needed. Also, having remarkable skills for multitasking, conflict management, and resolution, for customer and account retention.
