ABOUT ME
A fresh Logistics graduate from the German Jordanian University GJU in Jordan. I had two internships, my first internship was with a shipping company called "Euro Shipping Services ESS", my task was checking the shipping documents. My second internship (20 weeks) was in Frankfurt am Main, Germany in a company called "Fintiba" which is specialized in opening blocked accounts for students from all over the world (around 170 countries), I was in the customer care department and specialized in verifying students' documents (Passports, enrollment certificates, Visas,...), dealing with customers' problems by (phone, emails, and face to face), legitimizing customers, changing data and closing accounts.
I am a fast learner, reliable and punctual. I can easily communicate and interact with anyone and one of my main strengths is teamwork.
