ABOUT ME

I am a beginner copy and content writer and BA Communication Science student with vast experience in sales, including retail management roles and luxury sales exposure. I have traveled to 42 countries outside of Africa and pride myself on my strong work ethic and commitment to continuous learning and growth, both in business and in personal life. My career evolved from general store keeping and customer service roles, from tiny to international mega brands, I progressed to department supervisor and later to assistant store manager, I then took a giant leap across the world where I worked for an international luxury cruise-liner as a salesperson being exposed to high-end apparel, fine jewelry and luxury watches. I am now based in Cape Town and am currently covering both roles of business administrator and personal assistant to the director of a small but dynamic startup business. I am resourceful and independent, I love creating structure to my time and having clear objectives to my days. I am a problem solver, I continuously seek knowledge and understanding in areas that are new to me to enable high performance in any task given to me, I have an eye for visual design through my educational background, workshops and on the job experience. I am a writing enthusiast, I am comfortable working with numbers and figures and I am confident in my computer-based technical abilities.
