ABOUT ME
I am very interested in the ISA/Appointment Setter position available. Given my 7 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative, I know that talking to customers is my strength. Knowing how to handle objections, working under pressure, and doing multi-tasking are some skills I can contribute to the company. I am a person who asks questions if I don’t know how to do a certain task because I believe that every day is a learning process.
I also have experience as an appointment setter in a real estate account, similar role to the job description you posted. I always make sure to learn the specifics of the account and meet the quota of every day target. I can do 150-200 calls per day, depending on the number of leads that are given to me.
