ABOUT ME

Hi, My name is Decelyn Alana. I believe my experience being in sales for outbound and inbound would make me best match for the position. I used to work fin a BPO for 8 years. When I was an agent I was able to hit my daily quata to the point that I always exceeded my goal or target. It is challenging, but at the same time a fulfilling job since this gives me a resource to provide necessities for my family. I also worked as a Product Trainer for four years. Which is totally different since my responsibility is to ensure the success of all of our new hire classes. But what I like about being a trainer is I was given a chance to transfer my knowledge and share my best practices to my student for them to be prepared to be a next grown set of leaders.But As the years go by, I decided to Try my luck in a homebased platform. I know and I am positive that I will be successful on this flat form with the help of your company. I am so excited what's next to me being part of your company.
