Over 15 years of tech and customer service (All States) I am a U.S. native born independent contractor, fluent in English and highly interested in negotiating project terms that will lead to a winning business relationship. I provide "as needed" remote and on-prem business operation support to help cut overhead costs for growing companies that may include data input, running data reports, writing policies and procedures, email management, chat/email handling, web scraping, website content management, marketing etc. I am no stranger to working remotely, as I have done so for well over 4 years. My telecommuting experience allows me to work from my home lab, as well as from any hotspot across the globe. As a current Oracle Database Certified Implementation Specialist, I am open to providing database administration support for SQL Server and Oracle CDB (Container Database) and non-CDB single instance and Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC) databases on-premise or in the public cloud. I have over 10 years of corporate experience in project/program management, customer service, computer networking, database administration, data analysis and reporting, and help desk support. I also have over 8 years of computer based instruction, curriculum development and training experience, 8 years of technical and business writing experience, 3 years of academic teaching experience and 3 years of social media management for the Philadelphia Department of Human Services. In addition, I have provided written data summaries, grant frameworks, grant updates, website content and state budget proposals for DHS, the Mayor's Office of Philadelphia, Project U-Turn, PhillyStat and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia respectively.
