Data Entry | Email Support | Technical Support | Customer Service | Virtual Assistance | Social Media Management For over 8 years, I have worked with the two of the biggest BPO industry in the Philippines and I am proud to say that I have a vast knowledge on how to deal with various customers. I have been a technical support for phone and internet as well as an SME (subject matter expert). I started working from home Sept of 2015 and I trained as a Virtual Assistant and after that as a Home-based English Tutor. I was also a Social Media Manager for a private company wherein I get to manage my clients' accounts thru LinkedIn. My experience has helped me learn how to successfully work from home and how to meet and satisfy client's deadlines ahead of time. My skills are appointment setting, taking and making calls, managing email accounts, managing social media accounts, data entry and research. I am a great team player and can work with minimal to no supervision and can definitely provide you with excellent service. I am looking forward to work with you!
