ABOUT ME

My interest doesn't only focused in teaching. Before I teach in a private school I used to be a Customer Representative in the hospitality industry and airline industry. I have enjoyed it for almost 6 years. The most thing I have enjoyed was my role as a Customer Care Specialist in a big known international hotel where in I handled simple to worst cases. I send reports daily to our head quarters or corporate office. I used to speak to the managers of the hotels to settle an issue of the guest.
