My experience with B2B (Business to Business) and Lead generation for 3 years give me the background needed to methodically contact leads to set up appointments. I typically log in and clean these notes during the call before adding them to the database. While working previously as a sales agent, a telemarketer, I establish a warm, optimistic, and polite telephone voice that I know is used for all business calls. I am motivated not by clocking in and out of work but by achieving real results. I also have experience in content creation using Canva, as I was a Social Media specialist to one of the Digital Marketing companies in Canada. Managing a page for my client is not only a job for me but also a business where people attract to inquire about what services we can offer. I also handle all his social media accounts from LinkedIn and Instagram. Doing outreach to possible leads. My task was tough since I am the one to generate leads from the software that we had in order to use in Email Marketing. In my lead generation job and email marketing, I used to use LinkedIn to generate leads and other websites related to client target leads. I was one of the Executive Customer service representatives to one of the Residential cleaning services in New Zealand. I handle customer's and cleaner's concerns by arranging their schedule and availability time. My job is tough since I have to make the extra mile in order to serve the customer's needs and requests as part of the company standards. The software that I use is Launch27, Gmail, Onlinewebchat, Launch27Business for tracking the cleaners, and Zoiper for calling customers and cleaners. I always render extra time to arrange everything for tomorrow's job from cleaners schedules, holding funds of customers and all other related stuff that needs to prepare like hiring new cleaners, assigning new customers and bottom line my job is to make my customers happy with the service that we have.
