ABOUT ME

I am an experienced, transcriber with an emphasis on calls, webinars, meetings, lectures and videos.

My background is in customer service and admin support. I have extensive experience with handling calls, texts and managing social media platforms.

I am also well established in other categories of writing such as academic writing, proofreading and academic editing.

I have been a customer service representative in Kenya from 2015 to early 2019 and a transcriber since 2018 till current.

I have lived and worked in Africa and the USA and have a genuine interest and understanding of different cultures and ways of thinking.
