I had work as an customer support agent in Ufone mobility national call center for about 6 months based on inbound calls, sharing packages and to solve queries via calls. Later on I started job in Mindbridge company as a live chat support agent, dispatcher for Talabat, a project under Deliveryhero. worked about 2 years there and had been promoted to Offline Email Support agent for around 1 year in the same project. After that I served as a team lead in the same company. I have learned much more than I expected I always I tried to provide my best.
