ABOUT ME
I have 8 years of experience in customer support. I am an expert in handling customer queries, complaints, and even grievances. I keep no stone unturned until the customer's problem is resolved. Presently working as a Senior Customer Service Counselor at Badabusiness.com since Jun 19 where my role is to act as a point of resolution for customers who have complaints and grievances for the product of my company. Earlier worked as a Customer Finance Advisor in Tech Mahindra Ltd (Jul 15- May 19) having experience as a first-party collection voice process for United Kingdom customers. Worked with Fidelity Information Service (FIS) from Mar 11 to Aug 14 where I was an expert in handling Customers Queries, Complaint Mgmt by Email, Live-Chat & outbound Calls.
