I am a technical support working for an E-commerce company who handles cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence and who helps suppliers to sell their products. I am now working on this company for four years as a Technical Support but my current role is to help the agents with their designated tasks. Working on this company needs an ability to be more familiarized with the products that they are offers and I can say that I have this skill to offers.
