My previous job working as a customer service representative has given me a lot of different experiences. I have develop problem solving skills, having the ability to manage conflicts and deal with demanding customers or individuals and gradually help me polish my communication skills. For five years, I develop and improve these skills. Other than that, I am meticulous person and I hate making mistakes though there is nothing wrong with it as we learn from our mistakes also but I am that type or person.
