I am a stay at home mom and a beginner in online jobs. I previously worked as a Sales Assistant for TV and Radio in one of Media Company her in the Philippines. My tasked are the following; Processing of Telecast Orders, Internal Memos and Transfer Memos for Cagayan de Oro, Butuan, Iligan and Dipolog stations.
Processing of payment collection
Checking Telecast Order Rates before routing for signatures
Checking of material content and length.
Ensures system update on material availability for radio and TV.
Securing legal approval for materials with Politicians and Government Promotions.
Securing of Comelec airing Approval during election period.
Ensures airing of paid advertisements Radio and Television by checking billing statements and daily logs.
Checking of Advertiser if existing or not in SAP.
Handles Walk-In Client advertisement concerns.
Prepares contract of Sales Consultants.
Conducts orientation for newly hired Sales Consultant.
Prepares Weekly Sales and Monthly Sales Reports.
Back tracking of previous accounts.
Prepares Telecast Orders for non paying promotions (Hiring Crawler, MagTV events and Sponsors, Pamahaw Espesyal Sponsors).
Placement Monitoring
Prepares and check event sponsors on-ground values.
Updates local EIS for Events, Promos and Programs
