Freelance service is any fixed contract service. Designing, tax filing, software development with no full time commitment comes under freelance service.
It depends on how complex the design is or how big the room is. But if it is just a single room, within 1 week should be enough.
The price depends on how large the space needed to be designed and how many rooms.
