I have had some years of useful experience handling front office, administrative and customer service chores: email & phone correspondence, preparing and storing spreadsheet data, PDF documents, word documents, presentations, some graphics jobs etc; writing reports & memos; handling petty cash account; and internet research when needed. I am also very active on social media, and very familiar with use of Google calendar & Drive; instant/chat messenger software (WhatsApp, Telegram), Zoom & Google Meet for remote meetings.
