I am interested in computer technology. I work in IT support, configuring laptops and troubleshooting end-user issues. My job also involves creating troubleshooting documents, other user documents, and checklists. Using my work, others can more easily work through problems.
I have a certificate in Technical Writing and held a CCNA and Net+ certification. I have a BS in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Victoria.
My first computer was a Radio Shack TRS80 Color Computer. I wrote, self-published, advertised and sold a book to assist other users to fully use the machine.
I also own a Wordpress gardening blog, theZone9Gardener.com that focuses on year-round gardening in Texas USDA Zone 9. Through my experience and experiments, I teach other gardeners how to grow vegetables organically, and helps them to become more self-sufficient.
I have the ability to take complex subjects and break them down to easy to understand concepts and step-by-step instructions so that others can understand the "Why" and "How" of things, rather than simply blindly following directions in order to get results.
