I am expanding my tutoring business and I looking to hire a full roster of tutors in two to three locations and want someone to carry out the hiring process
- Posting and managing ads
- Reaching out to particular candidates with cold emails (and possibly cold call)
- Evaluate Applications
- Organizing and sending candidates content quizzes
- Conducting preliminary video chat interview (while taking notes and recording interview)
Roster of Tutors
- SAT/ACT, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, US History, World History, Math, English Writing and Literature, GMAT, GRE, SSAT/ISEE, SHSAT
In addition, there will be a number of non-tutor hires that I would like help with along the way.
- Video Editor
- Someone to teach me how to use my video equipment
- Someone to write articles
- Someone to create and manage facebook ads
Must be proficient at working on hiring projects independently
I expect this project to take approximately 3 months
