Freelance service is any fixed contract service. Designing, tax filing, software development with no full time commitment comes under freelance service.
I do, however I can only take on a limited number at a time and may not always be available to take on new ones

With potential long term clients, we'll do a short order to start and make sure we're a good fit first and then decide on weekly hours from there. With every order I submit a timer report.
