When should you consider availing my services.
1. This is great to consider if you have requirements that are low volume and high variety. You will get one point of contact who understands your business needs and does the needful.
2. If you have a definite requirement and time investment requirement is low. In other words, it would be great to offload routine but essential tasks, however does not justify a new hire.
3. If you need assistance in research and development of something e.g. if you have a subject matter presentation and if you would like some one to listen to your speech and put together an impactful presentation. If you would like research done on various competitor services (guidelines have to be provided)
4.If you need help with analytics of some kind to make business decisions. Guidance will have to be provided. Also, time frame for someone to learn has to be factored in. Training can also be provided.
5.If you need help to assess and curate anything to check its right for your business. This could be a software or a person.
6.Putting together documents, versioning them etc. This could be processes, SOPs, drafting contracts, manuals, training materials etc.
7.Structuring anything. I have a strength and ability to take variety and chaos and get that organized into a palatable whole. I am not a technical expert, hence please bear that in mind.

The costing is quoted per hour. It is irrespective of the services you take up. Please note that if the services get into a consulting/coaching, process improvement mode, additional charges will apply.
What seller need from the Buyer to get started?
The projects can be ongoing or one time. Part time ongoing projects are welcome.
Below is the recommended process:
1. The client emails description of the tasks, along with relevant context, goals, timelines etc.
2. The assignment request is reviewed and initial discussion for max. of 30 min is scheduled with the client. Objective of the meeting is to understand the establish guidelines, ascertain expectations/standards, background, set milestones, discuss costs and establish timelines
3. Assignment is initiated
4. Interactions for reviews, collaboration, feedback and approvals as required
5. The completed assignment submitted as per the agreed plan of action.
